Abstract
Educational institutions certainly generate intelectual scientists that are able to produce, create something for this nation. However, on the other hand scientists can create but also he should be able to serve for this nation. “Creating” means associated with his knowledgea while “serving” means associated with sincerity. Both are impossible without an education. One of them is through media and communications. Learning media can arouse desire and interest in new, raise motivation and stimulation of learning activities, and bring psychological effect on students. Therefore, learning media is one of the educational tools.
