PERANAN GAYA KELEKATAN KEPADA ORANGTUA DENGAN HARGA DIRI PADA REMAJA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between attachment style to parents with self-esteem in adolescents. Subjects in this study were 154 adolescents in Yogyakarta City aged 13-17, still living with both parents, and still have a complete parent. This research uses quantitative research methods with scale as a measuring tool used. The first scale is the self-esteem scale, and the second scale is the scale of attachment to both parents. Pearson correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between the two research variables. The result of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between parental attachment style and self-esteem in adolescence that is p = 0.000 and correlation value (r) of 0.481.Key Words: Attachment Style, Self-Esteem, Adolescence, Yogyakarta City
