Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Magang Bagi Mahasiswa FKIP UKIT Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi
Abstract
Effectiveness is the ultimate goal to be achieved from internship activities on certain indicators, effectiveness measurement is very necessary to find out the extent to which the activity programs (internships) have been implemented as agreed procedures. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of internships for FKIP students majoring in Economic Education at SMK 1 Tomohon. This research method is qualitative research, qualitative research is used because it can be used to parse the study of a comprehensive phenomenon from an observation, the approach used is descriptive. Data collection techniques are obtained through observation and interviews. The data analysis is carried out inductively, namely drawing conclusions taken from specific facts and then drawing conclusions in general. As for the results of this study: the implementation of internships carried out by FKIP Students of the Department of Economic Education is fully effective in two programs carried out, namely 1) Field Introduction Practice (PPL) internship program teaching practice in the classroom and 2) assistance in extracurricular activities at school. The effectiveness is understood to be successful, from the results of interviews with students at SMK 1 Tomohon under predetermined effectiveness indicators.
