This paper will discuss how the view of Islamic economic law on the circulation of face creams without a BPOM registration number, the type of research used is literature research, using data sources in the form of books, scientific articles published in journals related to the problems discussed, namely the circulation of face creams without BPOM registration numbers, The nature of this research is categorized as qualitative research,  Here the researcher will try to uncover or describe the actual facts in the form of words derived from written descriptions. The analysis shows that the circulation of face cream without a BPOM registration number when viewed from Islamic economic law is haram because there is an element of gharar (deception) in the transaction, namely, there is no clear information about the goods so that one of the parties to the transaction becomes disadvantaged. Either the object or the subject of the sale and purchase has violated the rules of laa dhararu walaa dhirar because this cream is harmful to health. Then this transaction is also inconsistent with the principles and principles of economics in Islamic economics, namely the principle of manfaah, the principle of adamul gharar, the principle of as-shidiq (honesty), and the principle of al-bir al-taqwa (;). Tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana pandangan hukum ekonomi Islam terhadap peredaran krim wajah tanpa nomor registrasi BPOM, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan sumber data berupa buku, artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan di jurnal yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas yaitu peredaran krim wajah tanpa nomor registrasi BPOM, Sifat penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian kualitatif, disini peneliti akan berusaha menguak atau mendiskripsikan fakta yang sebenarnya dalam bentuk kata-kata yang berasal dari uraian tertulis. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa peredaran krim wajah tanpa nomor registrasi BPOM jika ditinjau dari hukum ekonomi islam hukumnya adalah haram karena terdapat unsur gharar (tipuan) dalam transaksi tersebut yaitu tidak ada info yang jelas mengenai barang sehingga salah satu pihak dalam transaksi menjadi dirugikan. Baik obyek atau subjek jual beli telah melanggar kaidah laa dhararu walaa dhirar karena krim ini membahayakan kesehatan. Kemudian transaksi ini juga tidak sesuai dengan asas-asas dan prinsip ekonomi dalam ekonomi islam yaitu asas manfaah, asas adamul gharar, asas as-shidiq (kejujuran), serta asas al-bir al-taqwa (;).
