Peranan Supervisi Pendidikan Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Di Indonesia

Abstract

Educational supervision has a very urgent role to play in providing feedback to educators, helping them improve teaching methods, and ensuring that the curriculum used is relevant and effective. In addition, educational supervision can also assist in identifying professional development needs for educators and provide appropriate guidance to improve the quality of education. This study involved a literature review and analysis of relevant data. The results of the study show that effective educational supervision can make a significant contribution to improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Good educational supervision will give birth to a superior learning ecosystem, more skilled educators, and an increase in student understanding and achievement. This research produces recommendations for improving the implementation of educational supervision in Indonesia, including expanding the scope of supervision, training and developing educational supervisors, and the use of supporting technology in supervision. With these steps, it is hoped that the role of educational supervision can be optimized to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and to produce a generation that is better prepared to face future demands.
