Tantangan dan Peluang Perilaku Organisasi Lembaga Pendidikan
Abstract
Educational institutions play a crucial and central role in shaping the quality of human resources (HR) in a country, including Indonesia. Due to the significant and vital role of educational institutions, research and analysis of the challenges and opportunities in organizational behavior provide insights into how these institutions function. Organizational behavior has a substantial impact on the quality of an organization or team, and educational institutions are no exception. The researcher employed a qualitative research method using literature reviews. Seven relevant literature sources were collected through Google Scholar using the CrossRef application to address the research questions. The study revealed that challenges faced by educational institutions related to organizational behavior include the nature of individuals, self-confidence, and responses to technology. Meanwhile, opportunities within organizational behavior lie in the potential for educational institution leaders, be it school principals or foundation heads, to organize teams into smaller groups. This approach can enhance effectiveness and overall performance within educational institutions.
