Peran Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda dalam Menanamkan Perilaku Keagamaan Santri
Abstract
The phenomenon that occurred at the Nurul Huda Ciparay Islamic Boarding School, the presence of students now is more difficult to manage and they are less aware of maintaining morals and etiquette, students are ghassob a lot, speak harshly, do not obey Islamic boarding school regulations, and there are students who go out at night without permission. This study aims to determine the role of pesantren administrators; religious behavior of students aged 13-18 years and the influence of the role of pesantren administrators in maintaining the religious behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach. Techniques for obtaining data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. While the results of data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The result of the research is that the role of the administrators of Islamic boarding schools is included in the good category with an average value of 3.31 because it is in the interval, 4.00-2.68. religious behavior of students is included in the sufficient category with an average value of 2.37 because it is in the interval 2.67-1.34. The influence of the role of the administrators of the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school on the religious behavior of students shows a low or low value. This can be proven from the results of the correlation coefficient with a value of rxy = 0.345 which is in the interval 0.40-0.70. Acquired value of "t" tcount is smaller than the table, namely 1.695 <1.711. So if tcount < ttable then Ho is accepted. This means that the hypothesis that answers that the influence of the role of Islamic boarding school administrators in fostering the religious behavior of students aged 13-18 years Ciparay Ciawigebang Kuningan is rejected.
