Gender dan Problematika Ekonomi Perempuan Aceh
Abstract
Globalization poses significant challenges for women, particularly in terms of gender bias, which raises important questions about their role in society. In Aceh, women play a crucial role in promoting progress and stability in the social order. This study is qualitative and employs descriptive survey techniques to examine the issue of women in Aceh. The research involved multiple stages, including data collection from various informants, data reduction, and analysis. The findings indicate that it is essential to reframe our understanding of women in Aceh, while simultaneously reorganizing their domestic and public rights in a graceful manner. Empirically, women in Aceh make significant contributions to the social, cultural, and economic development of Aceh. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that their contributions are acknowledged and valued in the context of globalization.
