Manajemen Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Jalan Menggunakan Perkerasan Kaku (Rigid Pavement) Pada Proyek Jalan Tol Manado – Bitung Seksi 2 (Sta 14+000 – 15+000)

Abstract

Rigid pavement is a road pavement consisting of a cement concrete plate as the foundation layer and the subbase layer on the subgrade. Because it uses concrete as its raw material, this type of pavement is also commonly referred to as a concrete road. In construction, the concrete slab is often called the foundation layer because of the possibility of a layer of asphalt concrete on it as a surface layer. The problem discussed in this report concerns the method of carrying out road works using rigid pavement on the Manado - Bitung toll road project section 2 Airmadidi - Danowudu (STA 14+000 - 15+000). Heap of soil with a thickness of 50cm and compacted to 30cm. If the results of the sandcone test are more than 90% then it can proceed to the next layer. The quality of concrete on lean concrete is Fc 10 class E with a thickness of 10 cm and on rigid pavement is Fs 45 with a thickness of 30cm. The heavy equipment used in the implementation of rigid pavement work includes: Bulldozers, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Vibro Rollers, Water Tanks, Mini Excavators and Slip Form Pavers
