PROBLEMATIKA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA SISWA TUNARUNGU
Abstract
This study aims to determine the problems of learning Islamic religious education in deaf students. This research is qualitative, the data collection is carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study were deaf students and Islamic religious education teachers, and accompanying teachers of deaf students at SLB Giri Wiyata Dharma Wonogiri. The results showed that: deaf students are students who have hearing impairments. Islamic religious education learning in deaf students at SLB Giri Wiyata Dharma Wonogiri uses an individual learning program (PPI) created for each student so that teachers can measure the level of students' abilities. The learning methods applied to the learning process are the lecture method, the question and answer method, and the demonstration method. The problems of learning Islamic religious education in deaf students are (1) the factor of student blindness becomes an obstacle in learning (2) educators who are important factors in the course of learning (3) Lack of learning media. The solution is to use an individualized approach when implementing learning, using oral methods, reading, and manual methods. PAI teachers and accompanying teachers of deaf students play an important role in overcoming the problems experienced by each student in learning. Efforts in overcoming pai learning problems in deaf students of SLB Giri Wiyata Dharma Wonogiri were carried out during the learning.
