Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of school-based management, the effectiveness of academic services at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Maros and to know the implementation of school-based management on the effectiveness of academic services at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Maros. This type of research is a qualitative research. The object of this research is SDN 212 Pangkajene by taking from stakeholders. The instruments used to collect data were interviews and documentation and then analyzed using reduction analysis, display and verification analysis and conclusion drawing. The results of this study illustrate that the implementation of school-based management at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Maros showed significant results that the implementation of school-based management at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Mars is going well. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of academic services at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Maros has been running well as evidenced by the level of satisfaction of service users. The implementation of school-based management is in line with the effectiveness of academic services at SDN 212 Pangkajene Kab. Maros. That is, if school-based management is implemented properly, then academic services in schools will also run well.
