KHITBAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF HADIS HUKUM
Abstract
One stage of pre-marriage regulated by religion is Khitbah. Among the series, there are things that are required for every prospective husband to choose a prospective wife he wants to marry. There is also the command of the Prophet Muhammad. to "see the future wife", and vice versa, also what can be seen from the body of the woman he wants to propose. From that assumption, the writer wants to examine it further based on the hadith of the Prophet. The research steps taken are library research. The conclusion of this study is that one of the implications of being ordered to "see the signs" is that a person will be careful, when a cautious attitude arises, usually a vigilant attitude will arise, when an alert attitude arises, then usually there is no activity. done without thinking first. At its peak, it will be able to choose and sort out, hone, and nurture which one is best for him
