Perspektif fungsional dalam pengambilan keputusan kelompok
Abstract
Group communication is closely related to the interaction that occurs between people in small groups, especially in the decision-making process. When communication takes place in groups, there is a lot of exchange of information or messages obtained by each individual. The information is managed to help achieve the group's goals. From a number of information received by the group, of course, there is some vagueness of information that makes the group have to make the information reasonable. The vagueness in question is the extent to which messages or information in a group or organization are said to be uncertain, ambiguous, and/or unpredictable. In essence, the process of group communication is used in the discussion process in solving problems, in this case, the problem experienced is the vagueness of information. The theory of functional perspectives in group decision making is convinced that interactions in groups have a positive impact on decision making. A functional perspective is a perspective approach that describes and predicts the performance of the tasks of a group when four communication functions are fulfilled.
