ADHKI: Journal of Islamic Family Law is a peer-reviewed journal published twice (2) a year, in the month of June dan December by the Indonesian Islamic Family Law Lecturer Association. It is an open-access online scientific journal which is free of charge. The main objective of the publication is to construct an avenue to fellow academicians and researchers to share research findings, new ideas and expertise that contribute to human development from the theory, practical and empirical point of view. The journal devoted to the publication of original which serves as a platform to address issues pertaining to the field of Islamic Family Law. The editorial board welcomes original articles to be considered for publication of which have not been published or under consideration to be published in other journals. By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) agree that copyright for the article is transferred to the publisher, when the manuscript is accepted for publication. The Journal follows Creative Commons Lisence for access and dsitribution. The Editorial Board has the right to edit the articles. All published articles may not necessarily be the reflection of Islamic Family Law Lecturer Association thoughts, views or stands.
