Al-Fikra: Jurnal Ilmiah Keislaman (p-ISSN: 1693-508 X; e-ISSN: 2502-7263; http://ejournal.uin-suska.ac.id/index.php/al-fikra/index) is a bi-annual journal published in July and December by The Postgraduate Programs of Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University of Riau, Indonesia (STT DEPPEN No. 129/SK/DIT-JEN/PPG/STT/1976). The Journal attempts to provide readers with broader yet in-depth studies on Islamic thought and on manuscripts which reflect Islamic scholarships and practices prior to 1965. Published since 2000, Al-Fikra warmly welcomes original yet fresh articles, book reviews and, in special occasion, interviews with authoritative figures on old and current issues in all branches of Islamic thought, and on manuscripts which reflect Islamic scholarships and practices in all countries around the globe.
