Journal of Private and Commercial Law (JPCL) is a scientific journal for the fields of Private and Commercial Law and allied sciences with Private and Commercial Law. JPCL was published by Department of Private and Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Journal of Private and Commercial Law (JPCL) receives articles based on research results and thoughts in Private and Commercial Law field, you can find our scope in FOCUS AND SCOPE. JPCL accepts writing in two languages, Bahasa Indonesia and English. JPCL is published twice a year (Semi-Annually) in May and November. The article will go through a peer review process and ensuring a blind peer review process. Based on the review will determine whether the manuscript will be published or not. JPCL is a media to bring together the results of thought and research by academics and practitioners in selected legal fields of study covering Private Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Economic Law, Business Law, Adat Law, Anthropology Law, Sharia Law, Insurance Law, Banking Law, Consumer Protection Law, and cognate in other Private Law fields. The manuscript that has been received and is ready to be published will be published online (OJS) and the printed version. JPCL was published since 2017 by Department of Private and Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang which was then domiciled in the 1st Floor K3 Building, Sekaran Campus, Gunungpati, Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia 50229 under the name Journal of Private and Commercial Law (JPCL ). In 2017 with the Faculty policy, JPCL is registered with the ISSN 2599-0314 number for the printed version and ISSN 2599-0306 for the online version. JPCL continues to make improvements both in terms of substance and management of journal management, including: JPCL began management of journal management using the Online Journal System (OJS) in 2017 to fulfill the development of full online journal management and preparation for national accreditation submissions through ARJUNA (Indonesian Accreditation Journal). Each Article on JPCL will go through a peer review and double-blind review by Reviewers / Sustainable Partners in accordance with their scientific competencies (as stated in reviewer acknowledgments) and before the publishing process will go through check plagiarism. JPCL is already indexed by Google Scholar, Garuda Ristekdikti, Indonesia One Search by Perpusnas and we will give the update for our journal indexed in the future. We sure adding our journal index. JPCL is under review for journal indexing in Arjuna, DoAJ, EBSCO, and ProQuest.
