LEKSEMA: Language and Literature Journal is an academic periodical which publishes research results and analyses from language and literature field of study. The linguistics subdisciplines under the scope of this journal among others are grammar, language skills, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, discourse analysis, pragmatics, and applied linguistics. On the other hand, the subdisciplines under literary field covered by this journal are prosaic, poetic, dramatic analysis, literary criticism etc. This journal is also open for publishing analyses and research results analysis on language and literature teaching/education. Aside from publishing articles, it optionally publishes book reviews and biographies of public figures in language and literature field as well. All academics, scholars, experts, and those who are interested in the development of language and literature studies are welcomed to participate by publishing their scientific works in this journal.Leksema is published by FITK IAIN Surakarta (Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training of State Islamic Institute of Surakarta) which is located on Jl.
