Modernisasi Sistem Pendidikan Pesantren

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the concept of modernization of the education system of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haramain NW Narmada, West Lombok is described. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with case study method. Collecting data using interviews, documentation, and observation. During data collection, researchers conducted data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School NW Naramada is a modern type of Islamic boarding school that combines three curricula, namely the national curriculum (content standards), the religious curriculum (Kemenag), and the boarding curriculum. Therefore, in the learning system all the three subjects of the curriculum are taught. The applied national curriculum structure consists of several subjects such as: Indonesian language, linguistics. English, mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, geography, history, economics, Civics, Physical Education, Cultural Arts, Crafts and Local Skills and Content. While the structure of the religious curriculum consists of subjects of al-qur'an hadith, aqidah ahklaq, language. Arabic, fiqh, and Islamic cultural history. And for the content of the Islamic boarding school curriculum that is applied consists of two, namely. Pondok curriculum and skills curriculum. Some of the subjects included in the cottage curriculum are interpretation, recitation, hadith, monotheism, nahwu, nerves, muhfidoh and imla '. While the skills curriculum is muhadatsyah, speaking, tahfizul al-qur'an, tahfizul hadith, muhadara, qiraah and calligraphy.
