Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) melalui Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah di SD Negeri 30 Ampenan

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research is to find out how to increase the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans through the academic supervision of the principal for class teachers of SD Negeri 30 Ampenan for the 2019/2020 academic year. This school action research was conducted at SD Negeri 30 Ampenan, by involving 18 class teachers who were Civil Servant  and Non-Permanent Teachers. The time for the implementation of this research, namely in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, which took place from January to March 2020. The implementation process took four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) ) reflection. The results of the study show that increasing the competence of teachers in preparing Long Distance RPPs can be improved through the academic supervision of school principals. This is proven to be known after being given action in cycle II, the teacher's ability to compile long distance lesson plans can be said to be optimal. Of the 18 total teachers who had completed in the sense that they were able to compile a Distance RPP correctly, 17 were teachers or 94.44%. Meanwhile, there were 1 teacher or 5.56% who had not completed. With the academic supervision of the principal, the teachers of SD Negeri 30 Ampenan can increase their ability and willingness to prepare long distance lesson plans.
