STUDY OF INTERPRETATION OF LAFADZ SYAFÄ€'AT IN TAFSIR AL-WASÃŽTH BY WAHBAH AZ-ZUHAILÃŽ
Abstract
Along with the times, there have been many interpretations of the verses of the Qur'an that continue to develop. Misunderstanding in interpreting the meaning of lafadz, especially concerning matters of faith, can be fatal, because it will plunge a person into polytheism. There are still many deviations from people's understanding of intercession, because the meaning of intercession itself is many, some interpret or interpret that intercession can be obtained by going to the graves of pious people and then asking them for intercession or help, even though it is not. there is a hadith or verse of the Qur'an that allows it. This study aims to find out the interpretation of knowing the interpretation of the intercession lafadz in the Qur'an based on the Tafsir Al-Wasîth by Wahbah az-Zuhailî. This research is a library research with analytical descriptive approach. The results of this study generally discuss five themes of intercession in the Qur'an, such as: 1) Intercession by Allah's permission 2) Allah's intercession 3) Among those who do not receive intercession 4) Intercession in the world 5) Even.
