Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi karyawan berkualitas yang dapat membantu kemajuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yakni melalui wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap karyawa-karyawan baru di PT. DR yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk menyeleksi karyawan suatu perusahaan dilakukan tes psikologi, tes pengetahuan dan tes kemampuan.
