Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstract

The role of human resources in the organization affects organizational achievement. Organizations expect optimal performance from employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. BPRS Cilegon Mandiri with a total population of 69 people. The sample used was a census or saturated sample. The questionnaire used in this study as primary data. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that organizational culture can significantly influence employee performance; organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction; job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.
