Abstract

This study discusses the development of visual media to overcome learning difficulties in social studies subjects for fourth grade students at SDN Daan Mogot 1 Tangerang City which aims to find out what kind of learning media can be applied by teachers during the current pandemic and to help find solutions so that the material they want delivered by the teacher can be understood by students even though teachers and students must undergo online learning activities. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. In this study, the data collected was in the form of written sentences based on the explanations given by the speakers orally. In this study, the research subject used was SDN Daan Mogot 1 Tangerang City and the object studied was the development of visual media to overcome students' learning difficulties in social studies subjects. In using visual media, it is hoped that students will not get bored easily and learning will be more interesting.
