ANALISIS TINGKAT PERMUKIMAN KUMUH MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP BERBASIS SIG

Abstract

Kota Tanpa Kumuh program (KOTAKU) is one of strategic efforts of the Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat to handling slums in Indonesia, using 7 measurement indicators, but each level of the slums’s indicator do not have clear weights because the weighting criteria used are still subjective. Therefore, the comparison is done by giving weights for 7 existing indicators using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The output will be generated from this research is the result of spatial analysis in the form of a map of slums, which uses the natural breaks classification method with classification: non-slum settlements, settlements with moderate slums, and settlements with severe slums in Magelang City and a comparison between the results of the processing of AHP with the original data. Using indicators of the condition of the building as an indicator that most affect. There are 49 RT-RW that have severe condition, 119 RT-RW that have moderate status and the rest in non-slum settlements.
