Abstract

Bagi Tjokroaminoto, Islam dan sosialisme bukanlah dua kutub yang berseberangan dan menjadi pertentangan. Justru sebaliknya, keduanya bisa saling melengkapi dan menghasilkan perpaduan yang sangat apik. Tjokroaminoto adalah salah satu tokoh muslim pertama di Indonesia yang menggagas perpaduan Islam dan sosialisme untuk pertama kalinya.
