The preservation of traditional culture in Rejang ethnic culture in the form of mutual cooperation, deliberation and consensus for the sake of global culture is still carried out by the Rejang community, especially in terms of language and culture. That is because the values, thoughts and views of life originating in religion and the religion of Islam become the orientation or basis for the way they exist or live life both in daily life and in the framework of giving meaning to their lives. Mutual cooperation, deliberation and consensus are identical with the outlook on life originating from the use of regional languages ​​and cultures has built and maintained social relations and solidarity of the Rejang ethnic community. They live their lives in terms of their nature as individual and social beings. In realizing its existence, the Rejang community can still show its identity through language and cultural activities. This means that the content in their language is not endangered. This does not mean the language is not important, but in the era of globalization, sustainability is still maintained.
