Individual agents may include, for example, households, firms, buyers, and sellers. Accounting : Accounting is an applied branch of management that looks after the finance function of a business. Accounting mainly on certain episodic events like formation, issuance of capital, major expansion, merger, recognation and liquidation in the lifecycle of the firm. Marketing Management : Marketing management is the organizational discipline which focuses on the practical application of marketing orientation, techniques and methods inside enterprises and organizations and on the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities. Human Resource Management : Human resource management is an applied branch of management. Its remit is far more limited than that of economics, as it focuses on specific corporate jobs. Human resource management is a contemporary, umbrella term used to describe the management and development of employees in an organization. Human resource management is therefore focused on a number of major areas, including: Recruiting and staffing, Compensation and benefits, Training and learning, Labor and employee relations, Organization development. Operational Management : Operations management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. Operations management is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible Bisnis Digital : The journal accepts articles in any Business research technology-related field that meet the established standards for publication in the journal.
