Nutri-Sains: Jurnal Ilmiah Gizi, Pangan dan Aplikasinya is an academic, open access, and peer-reviewed journal first published in 2016 by Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang. Indonesia. Nutri-Sains scope encompasses all aspects of biochemistry, clinical nutrition, public nutrition, functional foods, halal aspect, socio-economic on regulation and information of nutritional and food. The journal publishes original research papers, short communications, and review articles both written in Engish or Bahasa Indonesia. The paper published in this journal implies that the work described has not been, and will not be published elsewhere, except in abstract, as part of a lecture, review or academic thesis. Issues are published twice a year, while the submissions are open year-around.
